About Erica

Erica Matthews is a health and well-being coach in Boise, Idaho.

In March of 2020 I stepped into an instant nightmare when I was told that I had a stage 4 ovarian cancer diagnosis. After receiving grim news, I did the only thing I knew to do which was call out to Jesus and ask Him to lead me step by step on my healing journey. He did just that. I began to dive into the root cause of the cancer diagnosis and began to believe that I could heal from a more holistic approach, I just needed to know exactly how to do that. Mostly everyone around me was telling me differently and using fear tactics to get me to use chemo. Something did not sit right with me about that. 

My Healing

I found an alternative clinic in Southern California and moved my husband and daughter to live there for 5 months. We worked on my immune system and took steps towards healing the nervous system and working to bring everything into alignment. I took my health care into my own hands and here I am today-thriving, shining, and teaching women to do the same.
I am in the process of writing my first book. I am passionate about Jesus and His Kingdom and am a serial entrepreneur. I am full of ideas, vision and dreams and feel there is never enough time in the day to do everything I desire. I love adventuring in the outdoors, traveling, cooking, hosting dinner parties, love anything to do with design and decor, my friends, drinking coffee, and love equipping and empowering women for success on their healing journey. My Mission

I now know I was created to help women reach their highest possible potential. I am passionate about showing women that no matter where they started in life, they can re-create their path, and ultimately, their world. I will help give you tools to put in your tool belt and teach you ways that I have overcome. You will never get where you want to go until you face yourself and surrender. My mission is to help as many women build their dream life, and help them see that the freedom they are looking for resides inside of them. I am dedicated to helping you become unshakeable in your identity and unapologetic about the woman you were created to be.
