It is YOUR year to succeed at being the healthiest and best version of you! Do you believe this? If you don’t believe it, then you know where you need to start as far as working towards reaching your health goals. You have to believe you can succeed. That is half of it. Even if you have had a past history of self sabotage or not reaching your goals, you can actually succeed this time. The next half is putting in the mindset and heart work. ACTION. Having a Coach has been key for helping me reach my goals and stay on top of things. Having a Coach that you plug into can be a game changer for you too. Here are a few tips to help you succeed this week.
- Acknowledge self defeating habits. Recognize that they are slowing you down. Like really, slowing you down.-
- Recognize if you have a diet mentality or a health minded mentality. (we will be discussing in weeks to come)-
- Know that you aren’t going to be perfect along the way. It’s about doing the very best you can. It’s a personal journey. –
