We are living in a sea of toxins—detoxing is necessary

Welcome to a new month! It’s April. Isn’t it supposed to feel like Spring is here? It doesn’t quite feel like spring yet here in Boise, Idaho, but I can feel the Spring season is on it’s way. Yay! It’s been a busy few weeks full of Coaching and Immune System Educational events, which I love to teach.

I was prompted to write this newsletter in regards to detoxing. The real under lying reason is what I have been learning in regards to the connection of chemicals and toxins to disease. I wonder what comes to mind when you think of detox? I also wonder if you even think it’s necessary? Many people I meet with don’t think it’s a necessity unless they seem to be on a more of a holistic health journey. It makes me wonder why not.

Over the past 3 years, I have come to learn 3 of the main causes of cancer, and overall disease in general. Are you ready?

Environmental Toxins. Our environments, chemicals, toxic burden, and the foods we eat that are loaded with pesticides—they can disrupt many things in the body

Parasites. They steal our nutrients and wreak havoc on the body)

Toxins. When I say toxins, I am including toxic emotions with un-forgiveness, bitterness, and fear being the top emotional toxins that get trapped in the body and cause imbalances=disease.

I want you to think of your body as a bucket. When each one of us reaches our toxic load, that’s when we are going to have a problem. The symptoms are different for everyone. God did not create our bodies to be able to process chemicals and toxins. He actually calls it poison.

So how do we clear out the toxins? First of all, I don’t think it’s possible to entirely get rid of the toxins completely, but you can lighten the load. And that should be at the top of your list.

All of us have toxins stored in the tissues of our body. Symptoms of toxic exposure can be so non specific such as headaches, fatigue, low energy, that you may not even identify that it’s coming from a toxin overload in your body. So as you can see, it’s important to identify where the toxins are coming from. What kind of make-up are you using-(if you use make-up)? What about body products? What are you cleaning with? What kinds of pans are you cooking in? Are you using BPA free containers? What kind of laundry detergent are you using? What does your daily food intake look like? Again, just because all of these toxins that our products are loaded down with, are approved by the FDA, doesn’t mean it’s actually okay. In fact, it’s far from okay. Makes you wonder why there are actually thousands of chemicals that are banned in other countries, but are allowed in the USA. Microwaves are so toxic because of the high levels of radiation, yet they are banned in other countries…makes one think.

Last month, I shared about how we had our water tested. You can go to EWG and put in your zip code and it will tell you what contaminates are in your water. Right on our report, it showed us “contaminates known to cause cancer.” Needless to say, we are investing in a whole house water system and will share more details on that later as I understand a little bit more. The cost you can expect for a whole house water filtration system is between $10,000-20,000. Contaminates found in tap water unless you are using well water are lead, nitrates, pesticides, glyphosate, bleach, pharmaceuticals, bacteria, fluoride, viruses, aluminum, arsenic (heavy metals) micro-organisms (e-coli) and many other chemicals. High levels of nitrates are known to cause blood disorders. Right on the water report, it states it is not safe for children. Why children? Because their immune systems aren’t fully developed. Now do you see why more and more people are coming down with unexpected illness? We must arm ourselves and protect ourselves, and our children.

As you can see with all of this information, a lifestyle of detoxing is a necessity-whether you have a health condition or not. This will greatly help in prevention from disease. Most people don’t understand that prevention is far easier than treating a diagnosis. But there is hope!

You may be asking yourself, “How do I even know how to detox?”

Rest assured, I am going to tell you. This information is not to make you fearful but to empower you to make necessary changes. A little bit of change can go a long way. It’s important to understand everyone has toxins in their lifestyle and in the body, everyone just has a different tipping limit. Detoxing is a huge help.

One of the tests I just had recently from Dawn Aiken, Functional Nurse Practitioner, was a scan that showed exactly what was in my body. The information was fascinating to say the least. It shows if a person has vaccines, heavy metals, parasites, emotional wounding, if a person is pre-dispositioned to receiving a cancer diagnosis, if a person struggles with the ability to detox efficiently, ect. Information alone is empowering. Applied information is even better. I highly recommend this scan and she has the ability to offer it to anyone, no matter where they live. You don’t have to be in person to have this done. Her website info is www.vitalenergeticsidaho.com.

Now that I have your attention on the importance of a regular detox lifestyle, here are some ways to start. Keep in mind that you can do specific cleanses for the kidney and the liver, and for overall health. Detoxification starts in the liver.

Organic Coffee Enemas. Coffee enemas stimulate the body’s ability to make glutathione which is involved in fighting free radicals, and involved in the help of detoxification. Glutathione is essential for the immune system as well. But coffee enemas cleanse and rid your body of toxins.

Environmental Toxins. Try and minimize as many environmental toxins as you can. This means saying no to candles, fragrance, fake plants, etc. Investing in an air purifier is a good idea!

Diet. A healthy diet is the most important way to detoxify but you need to read labels and eat organic as much as you can. Limiting the amount of processed foods is crucial since our bodies are not able to really break down processed foods which is linked to a shorter life span. I know we are in a hurry in life and want things to be quick, but it’s in your best interest to minimize the amount of processed foods you eat.

Sugar. Limit sugar to almost complete elimination. Sugar is in everything so that is why it’s challenging to completely get rid of it, but we do our best. Natural sugar from fruits and vegetables is best. Keep in mind that if we don’t clean up our diets, this interferes with our body’s ability to detox.

Gut Health. Since 70-80% of our immune system resides in our gut, a good pro-biotic will help in gut health. My company’s pro-biotic is the best on the market still to this day. Why do I say this? Our company paid several colleges to research the top pro-biotics on the market, and nothing came close to what ours is able to do.

Sweat. Sweat out toxins thru an infrared sauna session or exercise. Just make sure you are sweating. You can also use unscented magnesium and sit in a very hot bath for 20 minutes and sweat.

Super Detox. You can use different supplements that help detox the body such as milk thistle. Our company offers a Digestive Reset comprehensive cleanse, or a lighter detox called Super Detox. If you are going to purchase super detox make sure you compliment it with classic transfer factors which helps your body recognize threats and takes them out, makes your immune system 204% smarter, activates your natural killer cells which are like bodyguards that take the “bad guys out” and so much more. Of course, I am always available with any questions.

This list is not limited to just these specific recommendations. There are many things we can do. Simple things like drink lemon water with cucumber and cilantro which are natural detoxes. If you want to take it a step further, you can purchase de-tox tea. My Miracle Tea is really powerful as well. It’s truly a cup full of liquid gold.

As always, this is not medical advice and I recommend talking to your doctor about any product recommendations.

If you learned something new, I would love to know. My heart is to empower you to take your health into your own hands, and know, you have more power than you know.

Thank you for following my journey!
